Returns Policy

Cancelled Orders/Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for whatever reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your online order, you have 14 working days from receiving the order in which to cancel and receive a full refund including delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of notification of cancellation or from receipt of returned item if cancellation occurs after despatch.

For safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on food products/edible treats and any personalised items.

Please email sales@petproductsbypost.co.uk giving Order Number and reason for return and we will email you and instruct you where to send your returns to. Returned goods must be in original packaging or suitable secure packaging and we recommend that a recorded delivery/proof of postage is used as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods returned to us will receive a full refund including delivery charge, however the returns postage costs are to be paid by Returnee. Once returned goods are received into our warehouse, they will be checked and a refund will be issued within 10 working days. Should any item be returned to us and be deemed to have been mis-used by you or your pet, we will be unable to accept the return and issue a refund. 

Faulty Goods

We quality check all our products before they leave our warehouse but if for whatever reason a product is faulty please email us within 24 hours at sales@petproductsbypost.co.uk, briefly explain the fault and your requirements from us e.g. replace or refund. We will ask you to return the item to us using proof of postage and upon receipt at our warehouse, we will check the product and if deemed to be faulty, a full refund including all delivery charges incurred will be issued within 10 working days. 

Please double check sizes as Products returned due to wrong measurement i.e. wrong size ordered for collars, harness, clothing etc, will be exchanged or a refund issued, however the returns costs must be covered by the purchaser.

Exchanges

Please, please double check the size of your pet,

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size. If we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund, excluding any postage and packaging costs. Please refer to our size guides on each product as they do vary from Brand to Brand, to minimise the chance of the item being the wrong size, before placing an order.

Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in an unused condition with all original labels still attached complete with any labels attached within 7 calendar days of the date the item is delivered to you.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and there will be an additional postage charge at the same rate as your original order for the replacement
