These Terms and Conditions set out the basis upon which this website is operated. If you use this website you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. You must click on the “I Accept” button on the "Checkout Page" to confirm this if you wish to place an order via this website. You must also register as an authorised user. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts your statutory rights or excludes our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or under Section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987
We are H&A Partners Ltd, trading as www.petproductsbypost.co.uk. We are the owners and operators of this website. You may not copy any part of the website or anything contained in it without our written consent.
You must ensure that any details which you supply when you register are accurate and complete. If any details change you must update these details by updating the details in your account on our website.
It is your responsibility to keep your password and/or login details confidential. You must not share these details with any other person. As such you agree and accept that you will be responsible for all activity on the website carried out under your password and/or login details

We do all that we reasonably can to make sure that any information on the website is up to date, complete and accurate. However it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any such information. This is particularly important with regard to food ingredients, guides and analyses. We cannot and do not accept any liability arising out of any inaccuracy or omission in any information contained on the website. However if you discover any inaccuracy please let us know so that we can correct it. Similarly if you experience any recurring fault or difficulty in the operation of the website please let us know. You can contact us by emailing email@example.com alternatively you can telephone us on 01543 624077, as we are constantly working to get our orders out on time, we may not be available to answer the telephone but an answer service is avaiable and we will return your call as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your use of the website at our absolute discretion.
Given the nature of the website you accept that the usual mode of communication between us will be electronic. We will usually contact you by email. By ordering goods on the website you agree to this and acknowledge that all contracts, notices and other documentation provided electronically constitute communication in writing where this is a legal requirement
3. Promotions, Discount Codes etc
We may operate promotions of various kinds from time to time. Please note that any such promotion will be operated on the terms publicised with it and will at all times be subject to availability. Some Discount Codes will be date sensitive and will not be redeemable outside of dates shown.
4. Ordering Goods/Delivery Policy
Any order placed via the website will be acknowledged by email. Any such order is subject to acceptance by us and the acknowledgment does not constitute such acceptance. Acceptance will take place upon the dispatch to you of the goods as confirmed in our Notification of Dispatch. Title to the goods will pass to you on the latter of the delivery of the goods or upon our receipt of full payment of the purchase price and of any delivery charges. Goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Subject to our acceptance of your order the price that you pay will be as advertised on the website at the time when the order is placed. However if due to an error by us or any third party or any other change of circumstance a change from the price shown on the website is required you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel or amend your order. If we cannot contact you the order will be treated as cancelled. Goods will be delivered as quickly as possible and in any event we aim to despatch within 48 hours and delivery within 2/3 working days from despatch save in exceptional circumstances or due to matters outside of our control. If we are unable to deliver goods within this allocated time but are expecting stock, we will email you for your instructions with regards to the outstanding order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within this five working day period (48 hours despatch plus 2/3 working days delivery), in which event your payment will be refunded in full.
Orders recieved after 5.00pm on Friday will not be processed until the next working day Monday.
We want to keep our delivery charges easy for you to understand with no nasty suprises at checkout and so we have three price bands for our Delivery. (Excluding Highlands-Islands & Northern Island)
Delivery Charges vary for Highlands, Islands and Northern Island and so postage to these postcodes are priced per order (see Delivery Policy for applicable postcodes) Email firstname.lastname@example.org for cost, we endevour to keep these delivery costs low and so only the cost based on the order weight and postcode will be charged. We will give you the cost before you place your order. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
We keep in stock approximately 85% of the products sold through our website, the remaining products will be sent direct from our suppliers who may offer a slightly different delivery service (up to 5 working days from Despatch). These products have a note in their product description reminding you that they are supplied direct and the suppliers delivery time's policy.
We aim to despatch within 48 hours, we use the trusted Royal Mail for our delivery of parcels up to 2kg and a recognised Courier Company for all other parcels. Once despatched Royal Mail/Courier Company aim to deliver within 2/3 working days.
UK Postcodes not covered by Standard Postage Charges
Unfortunately Couriers charge a premium for delivering to certain UK area's (Highlands, Islands and Northern Island) which is beyond our control, please check with us if your postcode falls within this category and therefore an excess charge may be added to our normal Standard Delivery charge dependant on the weight of your order. Please email email@example.com with your order requirements and postcode for a postage cost.
Working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. All Orders recieved after 2.00pm on Friday will be processed next working day (Monday). Weekend orders taken will be processed on following Monday.

5. Payment for goods
Payment for goods must be made by debit or credit card via Sagepay and Paypal and such payment will be taken when your order is received. When customers place an order, the Customer's browser is redirected to a checkout page where all payments and processing are controlled entirely by a secure 3rd party PCI-validated service provider. We do not store any card/payments details at all on our website. A full refund will be made to you if we are unable to or do not accept your order for any reason.
6. Cancellation/ Returns Procedure:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for whatever reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your online order, you have 14 working days from receiving the order in which to cancel and receive a full refund including delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of notification of cancellation or from receipt of returned item if cancellation occurs after despatch.
For safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on food products/edible treats and any personalised items.
Please email email@example.com giving Order Number and reason for return and we will email you and instruct you where to send your returns to. Returned goods must be in original packaging or suitable secure packaging and we recommend that a recorded delivery/proof of postage is used as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods returned to us will receive a full refund including delivery charge, however the returns postage costs are to be paid by Returnee. Once returned goods are received into our warehouse, they will be checked and a refund will be issued within 10 working days. Should any item be returned to us and be deemed to have been mis-used by you or your pet, we will be unable to accept the return and issue a refund.
We quality check all our products before they leave our warehouse but if for whatever reason a product is faulty please email us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org, briefly explain the fault and your requirements from us e.g. replace or refund. We will ask you to return the item to us using proof of postage and upon receipt at our warehouse, we will check the product and if deemed to be faulty, a full refund including all delivery charges incurred will be issued within 10 working days.
Please double check sizes as Products returned due to wrong measurement i.e. wrong size ordered for collars, harness, clothing etc, will be exchanged or a refund issued, however the returns costs must be covered by the purchaser.
Please, please double check the size of your pet,
If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size. If we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund, excluding any postage and packaging costs. Please refer to our size guides on each product as they do vary from Brand to Brand, to minimise the chance of the item being the wrong size, before placing an order.
Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in an unused condition with all original labels still attached complete with any labels attached within 7 calendar days of the date the item is delivered to you.
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and there will be an additional postage charge at the same rate as your original order for the replacement
7. Our Warranty to you
We supply goods via the website with a warranty that they are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which they were intended. However please note that it is the responsibility of the consumer to use all products from our website correctly and as they were intended.
8. Responsibility and Liability
We can accept no responsibility or liability for any failure to perform a contract or for any delay in performing a contract due to events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to:-
a. any form of industrial action;
b. inclement weather or natural disaster;
c. fire, explosion, civil commotion or terrorist attack;
d. failure or non-availability of telecommunication or computer systems;
e. government legislation, regulations or restriction
Save as provided for elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage resulting from the performance or non-performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions
In the case of orders from business customers our liability for loss or damage shall not exceed the purchase price of goods ordered
In the case of orders from consumers our liability for loss or damage shall not exceed three times the purchase price of goods ordered
Notices which we give to you may be given by email or by post to the address given when you place an order. Notices which you give to us must be sent by post to H&A Partners Ltd, Beechcroft House, 50 Sedgley Road West, Tipton. West Midlands Dy4 8AB. Notices given by email shall be deemed to have been received 24 hours after the email is sent. Notices sent by post shall be deemed to be received three days after the date of postage. In the case of a letter proof that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and posted shall be adequate proof of service; or in the case of an email that this was sent to the email address provided by the addressee.
10. Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to any contract between us or otherwise to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any such Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
11. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as posted on the website at the time of placing an order such Terms and Conditions comprising the entire relationship between you and us. If any part or parts of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable such part or parts shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
All contracts between us are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and in consequence any dispute or issue arising from the same shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
